Applications on the prescribed proforma to be submitted along with all the relevant documents either by hand or by post to Registrar, Guru Ravidas Ayurved University Punjab, VPO Kharkan, Una Road, Hoshiarpur, Pin Code-146110 with the following eligibility, terms & conditions. Last Date of Application 30.04.2026 (upto 05:00 PM either by hand or by post). The University shall not be responsible for any postal delay. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Also, applications received through email will not be entertained.

General instruction for application before apply offline
- The Candidates must have to bring hard copy of filled application form and all original educational qualifications and Experience document before the Selection Committee
- The Appointments Can Be Terminated At Any Time By Either Of The Parties At A Notice
- Appointment Against These Posts Shall Be Purely Temporary And Governed By The Term And Conditions Set By The University. It Shall Not Form Any Basis For The Regular Appointment In This University
- The Candidates Already Working On The Regular Basis In Any College Institution Or University Shall Have To Apply Through Proper Channel And Enclose no Objection Certificate From The Employer
- No Documents Will Be Accepted Or Considered By The University After Submission Of Copy Of Online Application Form By The Candidate And No Subsequent Request For Its Change Will Be Considered
